Anthony-Berino has several industrial sites to offer businesses who are  interested in relocation or expansion.  Two parks are adjacent to I-10 at the NM 404 intersection, and one is approximately 1 mile from I-10 along NM 404 & Anthony Drive.

Anthony-Berino Economic Development is currently working on the development of an Industrial Park/Business Complex to accommodate businesses who are considering expanding or relocating in the Anthony-Berino community. Preliminary planning suggests 4 five acre sites and 16 two acre sites (combinations possible to accommodate the user). In addition, a 30,000 square foot industrial shell building is planned to provide a location for companies seeking an existing structure.
