Anthony and Berino citizens have access to several public and private schools, and several higher education institutions.
Gadsden Independent School District The Gadsden Independent School District is the district serving the Anthony area. It is one of the fastest growing school districts in the area and is composed of two high-schools – one in Anthony, one in Santa Teresa – a third is under construction in Chaparral, three middle-schools, and twelve elementary schools, ensuring a well educated workforce in the area.
Bridge Program Gadsden High School and Santa Teresa High School offer their students the Bridge Program. This program offers Juniors and Seniors the opportunity to attend Dona Ana Branch College and take courses in Manufacturing Technology. This two year program allows the student to receive high school and college credit and graduate with an Associates Degree in Manufacturing Technology, assuring a trained workforce for the manufacturers of the area.
NMSU is a four-year university renowned for its high graduation rate of engineers. The extensive research and development capacity of NMSU has been harnessed by the private manufacturing community at the Physical Science Laboratory and the Arrowhead Research Park Dona Ana Branch Community College DABCC offers programs in Business and Information Technology, Health and Public Services, Technical Studies and general education courses are also provided. DABCC is becoming southern New Mexico's one-stop, workforce-development center
The University of Texas at El Paso UTEP offers a wide variety of degrees in many areas relevant to manufacturing. UTEP offers the Texas Manufacturing Assistance Center of the Institute for Manufacturing and Materials Management.
EPCC offers many areas of studies and personal enrichment/continuing education courses. Offering the latest in technology, and training facilities. Also offers customized employer training for local area business and industry.
The University of Phoenix at Santa Teresa, Troy State - University of White Sands Missile Range, and the Webster - University of Santa Teresa offer working professional evening classes and the opportunity to receive a bachelors or masters degree in various fields and in computer information systems.
There are also several technical training and business schools in the area.
